1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZenPDF Reader ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device(s)
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the features and services provided by the App

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content and Documents

4.1 Your Documents

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and files you create, edit, or store using the App. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree not to use the App to create, store, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Promotes illegal activities or violence

4.3 License to Us

By using cloud features (when available), you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems or scripts to access the App
• Collect or harvest user information without permission
• Use the App to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Third-Party Content

The App may contain third-party content or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such third-party content.

6.3 Feedback

7. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features or content. By making an in-app purchase:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with the purchase
• Purchases are processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy
• We are not responsible for payment processing or refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or the app store's policies.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the App at any time to:

• Improve performance or fix bugs

• Enhance security

You may need to update the App to continue using it. We are not obligated to maintain or support older versions of the App.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 "As Is" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

10.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

10.3 Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your documents and data.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FUZZY LOGIC GAMING STUDIO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
• SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR DEVICE DAMAGE
• THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES

ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or documents

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at fuzzylogicgamingstudio@gmail.com.

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Malaysian Arbitration Centre, except where prohibited by law.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the App
• Technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top
• We may notify you through the App or via email
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance

If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the App.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
